Diminutive Names in the Top 1000 (Girls)

One of my favourite name categories are diminutive names - otherwise known as 'the cutesy names', or nicknames.
I absolutely love the sound and feel of these names, because to me, they sound fun, energetic, happy and full of life.

Currently, there are not many diminutive name choices in the SSA (American) rankings, however, in the ONS (English/Welsh) listings, cutesy names are rampant.

I've listed the follow diminutives from the ONS listings, the names that only rank in one country are in bold, and marked with a *, and the country they rank in brackets (Also, to avoid confusion, names only ranking in England and Wales are listed in purple and those ranking only in America are listed in pink.)
