My predictions for new entries on the 2013 list are;
Albert (currently at 109)
Billy (currently at 110)
Ronnie (currently at 105)
Felix (currently at 114)
Jasper (currently at 124)
Looking at the trends shown in the ONS data, Albert, Billy, Ronnie, Felix and Jasper are only a handful of the names that are on the up.
